Overview of Moderate Complexity Regulatory Requirements (CLR06)


Description
In this course, the learner will be presented with an overview of the regulatory requirements for moderate complexity testing. The basics of CLIA certification, proficiency testing, quality control, quality assessment and personnel requirements from a regulatory perspective will be included. By the end of this course, participants will recognize the varying test complexities, special considerations for mobile laboratories and other non-traditional testing sites, and personnel requirements to help lead the laboratory into the realm of compliant moderate testing for accurate and reliable results.
